• Account information: email address, username, display name, encrypted account credentials, and account identifiers.
• Social and wager information: friend connections, invitations, bet terms, picks, stakes, outcomes, forfeits, and deadlines.
• Wallet and transaction information: balances, deposits, held stakes, wins, losses, refunds, and transaction references. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by wajr.
• Technical information: device, browser, network, approximate location derived from an IP address, usage, error, security, and fraud-prevention data.
• Communications: messages and attachments you send to our help address.

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and let users sign in;
• connect friends and operate, fund, hold, settle, and display bets;
• process deposits, refunds, and cash-outs;
• provide sports information and maintain wallet and activity records;
• detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
• respond to requests and send essential account or service messages;
• debug, measure, maintain, and improve wajr; and
• comply with legal, tax, payment, licensing, and regulatory duties.

Your username and public scorecard may be visible to other people, including people who are not signed in. Friends and participants can see information needed to invite you, manage a wager, report a result, and verify a forfeit. Do not use a username or wager wording that reveals information you want to keep private.

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, database and account services, payments, email delivery, sports data, security, analytics, and customer support. These providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect people or the service, investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale. We do not sell personal information for money.

Payment details are submitted directly to our payment provider. wajr receives limited payment information such as a customer or transaction reference, payment status, card brand, and last four digits. The provider may collect identity, banking, tax, and fraud information under its own privacy policy, especially when payouts become available.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate wajr, maintain transaction and dispute records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update certain account information inside wajr. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. These rights can have exceptions, including records we must keep for security, transactions, disputes, or law.

wajr is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Information may be processed in countries other than yours, where privacy laws may differ. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; the revision date above shows when it was last updated.
