Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use wagering services where you live. You are responsible for checking and following all laws that apply to you. We may restrict or close access where use is unlawful or creates legal or safety risk.

Give accurate information, protect your password, and keep only one account unless we approve otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at wajrapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain abusive or deceptive content.

Users create the wager, choose its participants, terms, stakes, deadline, and reported winner. Make terms clear before accepting. Once accepted, a bet may be binding within wajr and cannot be changed unless the service expressly allows it. Do not create or accept a bet involving illegal activity, harm, harassment, coercion, minors, fixed events, insider information, or an outcome you can improperly control.

Participants are responsible for honestly reporting outcomes and completing agreed forfeits. wajr may rely on participant submissions and third-party event data, which can be delayed or incorrect. We may pause, cancel, investigate, or correct a wager to prevent abuse or address an obvious error.

The minimum deposit is $10. Available payment methods, limits, fees, and processing times may vary. Money committed to an accepted bet may be held and unavailable until that bet is resolved or refunded. Never deposit or wager funds you cannot afford to lose.

Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored by wajr. You may request a cash-out of at least $5.00 of any balance that is not committed to an open bet. Cash-outs are returned to the card you paid with; amounts above what you have deposited stay queued until a bank payout service is active, and you may cancel a queued cash-out at any time to return the money to your wallet. We may require identity, age, location, fraud, tax, or payment checks before enabling deposits, bets, refunds, or cash-outs.

You may not use wajr to:

• break a law or evade age, identity, location, or payment restrictions;
• collude, manipulate outcomes, launder money, commit fraud, or abuse promotions;
• threaten, harass, exploit, or expose another person’s private information;
• access another account or interfere with the security or operation of wajr;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse wajr except where law permits; or
• upload material that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give wajr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Public usernames, scorecards, invitations, and wager details intended for sharing may be visible to others.

The wajr name, logo, design, artwork, text, software, and original site content are owned by wajr or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not use our branding or copy protected parts of the service without written permission.

You may stop using wajr at any time. We may limit, suspend, or close an account, cancel activity, or preserve funds while investigating suspected illegality, fraud, security issues, unpaid obligations, or violations of these terms. Legal, accounting, fraud, dispute, and enforcement records may be retained as required.

wajr is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free sports data, any particular outcome, or that another user will perform a forfeit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wajr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. You remain responsible for disputes caused by wagers you create or accept.

We may update these terms as wajr changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Questions, complaints, and intellectual-property notices can be sent to wajrapp@gmail.com.
